CK is a prominent company worldwide that produces chemical coatings. Due to the inadequacy of the existing two-story administrative building, a project has been devised to construct a new six-story administrative building. Taking into account the historical texture and materials of the old two-story building, a modern administrative building has been designed.

A bridge has been constructed to connect the two buildings, facilitating access to certain office areas and warehouses. Furthermore, the rooftop of the existing administrative building has been renovated to create an open social area for the new headquarters.

Given the company's location in an industrial zone, steel has been chosen as the primary material for the design and structure of the building. Spacious terrace areas have been incorporated on the rooftop and intermediate floors of the building to oversee production in the factory and to accommodate visiting clients.

This project aims to blend historical elements with modern design principles, providing CK with a functional and visually appealing headquarters tailored to their needs.
